One agent. Voice, SMS, web chat.

It answers the phone while you are with someone else.

agentmomo is one AI agent for a local business whose phone rings more than anyone can pick up. It answers calls, texts and the chat on your website, from the same knowledge and the same limits, and writes all of it down where you can read it. Talk to it here, on this page, before you talk to us.

Answers

Calls, texts and the chat on your website, from one agent.

Refuses

No invented price, no clinical advice, no made-up answer.

Name, number and the transcript, to a person who can act.

Thornwick Dental, this is the front desk. What can I help you with?

On the phone

There is no number to dial here.

Voice is a real channel and a customer gets it on their own number. We have not put a public one on this page, so the chat is what there is to try: the same agent, the same knowledge, the same limits. Ask us on a call and we will demonstrate the voice side live.

What it is

One agent, every channel, one record.

Not three products glued together. The same brain answers the phone, the text and the web chat, from one set of knowledge and one set of rules about what it may say. Whatever it says is stored as text you can read afterwards, because the failure that actually happens is a customer telling you your system said something wrong.

Voice

It picks up.

Inbound calls arrive over Twilio and are answered by a live voice agent. Every call has a length cap with a spoken wind-down before it ends, so nothing runs away with your phone bill.

SMS

It texts back.

A real channel, not an auto-reply. You can read the thread and take over mid-conversation from the console. New numbers wait on A2P carrier registration, which takes weeks and is not something anyone can shorten.

Web chat

It answers your site.

The same agent, embedded on your own pages, with no login and no cookie wall in front of it. The visitor on your website gets the answer the caller would have gotten.

The record

You can read all of it.

Every conversation on every channel is stored as text and readable by a person afterwards. There are no call recordings anywhere: transcripts only.

How it works

Three things happen, and none of them are a project.

Step 1

It learns your business from your own material.

Your hours, your services, your policies, the answers you already give twenty times a week. It answers from that, not from the open internet, so it does not have opinions about your business that you do not have.

Step 2

It answers, within rules you set.

The rules are the interesting part. A practice agent is forbidden from giving clinical advice, from quoting a price and from claiming you have online booking. When a caller asks anyway, it says so and moves the conversation along.

Step 3

It hands off, and leaves a trail.

When it cannot answer, it takes the caller’s details and gets them to a person instead of guessing. You get the lead and the transcript, and you can see exactly what was and was not said.

What it will not do

The limits are the argument, not the small print.

This is a thing that talks to your customers when you are not listening. Anyone selling you one should tell you where it stops, so here is where this one stops. Every line below is a decision, not a roadmap item we forgot.

  • It does not invent a price. Ask the demo what a cleaning costs and watch it decline.
  • It does not give clinical, legal or financial advice, whatever the caller asks.
  • It does not recognise the same person across channels. A caller and a web visitor are two records, even when they are one human being. Nothing on this site will tell you otherwise.
  • It does not call anyone. Inbound only.
  • It does not record calls. Transcripts are stored; audio is not, anywhere.
  • There is no self-serve signup and no free trial. A person sets your agent up, and that person is currently us.
  • It does not claim a certification we do not have. No HIPAA attestation, no SOC 2, no uptime number.

Where it runs today

One live business, and the console at the top of this page.

agentmomo answers the phone and the website chat for aatma, a dance studio in Atlanta, on a real published number. As of 8 September 2026 that deployment had handled 529 conversations, 100 of them phone calls, across 1,911 turns. Those are usage counts, measured, not outcomes: nobody has measured what it booked or what it saved, so this page does not tell you.

There is one live customer, not a wall of logos. On a product that talks to your customers unsupervised, one real deployment you can ask about is worth more than a dozen we made up.

Spec plate

What it costs is not on this page yet.

The prices are not set. Rather than print a number we would change next month, or hide the whole question behind a form, we will say it plainly: pricing goes on this site the day it is decided, and until then the way to get a figure is to ask for one on a call.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

What happens when the agent does not know the answer?

It says it does not know, takes the caller’s name and number, and hands it to a person. It is built to decline rather than guess: a receptionist that invents an answer to a question about your business is worse than a voicemail.

Will it embarrass me in front of a customer?

That is the right question, and the honest answer is that you should test it yourself before you believe anyone about it, which is why the demo at the top of this page is a working agent and not a video. It is bounded by explicit rules: it will not quote a price, will not give clinical advice, and will not claim you offer something you do not.

Does it know a caller is the same person who chatted on my website last week?

No. Continuity holds within a channel, not across channels. A phone caller and a web visitor are two separate records even when they are the same human being. This is a real limitation and we would rather you hear it here than discover it later.

Which channels does it answer?

Phone calls, SMS and the chat on your own website, from one agent with one set of knowledge and one set of rules. A new SMS number has to clear A2P carrier registration first, which takes weeks and is outside anyone’s control.

Can I read what it said to my customers?

Yes. Every conversation on every channel is stored as text and readable afterwards. There are no call recordings: transcripts only, everywhere.

What does it cost?

Pricing is not published yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise. When the numbers are set they will be on this site rather than behind a call. Until then, ask on a call and we will tell you.

Next

Use it first. Then book the call.

The conversation we want is the one with someone who has already argued with the demo and arrived with a real objection. Have that argument first, at the top of this page. Then tell us what broke.
