vs Goodcall

agentmomo and Goodcall are the closest comparison on this site.

Goodcall is the nearest thing to a like-for-like: an AI phone agent for small businesses, self-serve, with published prices. Two honest differences, and one of them is theirs.

Side by side

What Goodcall publishes, and what is true here.

Every sentence in the Goodcall column comes from their own public page, read on 8 September 2026. Prices and plans change, so check the source before you decide anything on the strength of it.

What a plan costs

Goodcall

Starter is listed at $79 per month per agent, Growth at $129 and Scale at $249, with an annual option shown at 15% off.

agentmomo

Not published. The tiers are not set, and this site does not print a number the operator has not decided.

The billing unit

Goodcall

Unique customers per month: 100, 250 and 500 on the three plans, then $0.50 per customer over the allowance. Their page states they do not charge for calls, minutes or tokens.

agentmomo

Not decided. Whatever it becomes, the pricing page will define the unit in words before it shows a number.

Getting started

Goodcall

Self-serve with a 14 day free trial, per their pricing page.

agentmomo

No self-serve signup and no free trial. An account exists because we set it up with you.

Your phone number

Goodcall

Their FAQ says every agent is assigned a Goodcall number and suggests conditional call forwarding if your existing number is part of your brand.

agentmomo

Same shape: the agent answers on a number we provision, and you forward your existing line to it.

Channels

Goodcall

Their pricing page is about inbound phone calls.

agentmomo

Phone, SMS and web chat, answered by one agent from one set of knowledge.

Integrations

Goodcall

Their FAQ describes connecting to a CRM through Zapier, natively integrated in their application.

agentmomo

No integration catalogue and no Zapier. The agent reads the material you give it, and for dance studios one specific scheduling API.

What you can read afterwards

Goodcall

Their plans list call and customer detail retention windows of 7 days, 30 days and unlimited.

agentmomo

Text transcripts of every conversation on every channel, readable afterwards. No call recordings exist anywhere in the system.

Where they win

Reasons to sign up with them instead, today.

  • You want to try it this afternoon without talking to anyone. They publish a free trial and a self-serve signup, and we have neither.
  • You want a predictable bill you can read on a page today. Their unit is defined and their prices are printed; ours are not set.
  • You need a Zapier hop into your CRM. They publish one and we do not.

Questions

What people ask when they land here.

Why would I pick you over a product I can sign up for right now?

Honestly, for one reason: one agent across the phone, the texts and the website chat, from one set of knowledge, with a text record of all of it. If you only need the phone answered, the self-serve option is a shorter path and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Do you charge per unique caller?

Nothing is decided. What we will not do is ship a unit that is hard to predict, because the single most common complaint in this category is a bill that surprised someone.

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes, the same way theirs works: the agent answers on a number we provision and you forward your published line to it, so the number on your signage does not change.
