Dance studios
The parent who called during the 6pm class.
A studio phone rings hardest in exactly the ninety minutes when everyone who could answer it is teaching. This is the vertical this product was built for, because it is the front desk we were failing first.

Front desk
Thornwick Dental, this is the front desk. What can I help you with?
The calls that go missing
The phone rings hardest at six.
- A parent asking whether the 6pm beginner class has space, twenty minutes before it starts.
- A first-timer who wants to know if they can just come and watch.
- Someone calling about a birthday party or a private lesson, which is the highest-value call the studio gets and the one most likely to hit voicemail.
What your callers ask
What a parent asks twenty minutes before class.
These are the words people use on the phone, not a paraphrase of them. An agent that answers a paraphrase is answering somebody else’s call.
- Does the Tuesday beginner class have room tonight?
- How old does my daughter have to be for the kids class?
- Can I try one class before I buy a package?
- Do I need a partner for the salsa class?
- What should she wear to her first lesson?
- Do you do birthday parties, and what does that include?
The first thing you will ask
Our schedule changes every week, it will be out of date.
For a studio the agent reads the live schedule rather than a document, which is the one vertical where that is true today. It answers class questions from the same data the website shows, so a class moved on Monday is answered correctly on Monday. Nothing has to be re-uploaded, and nobody has to remember to.
The demo answers for a dental practice rather than a studio, so what it is showing you is the guardrails and the handoff. The live schedule part is the half already running for aatma.
Back to the demoThe one deployment
Running today, on a real published number.
aatma, a dance studio in Atlanta, has been running this on a real published number. As of 8 September 2026 that deployment had handled 529 conversations, 100 of them phone calls, across 1,911 turns. Those are usage counts, measured. They are not outcomes: nobody has measured what it booked or what it saved, so this page does not claim it.
Questions
What studio owners ask.
Does it know tonight’s actual class list?
Yes, for a studio. The studio profile carries live tools for schedule, products and studio information, so it answers from current data rather than from a snapshot somebody exported.
Can it sign someone up for a class on the phone?
It does not take payment and it does not enrol anyone. It answers the question, and when someone is ready to book it captures who they are and what they want so the desk can finish it.
What happens during a class when the phone rings twice at once?
Both calls are answered. That is the entire reason this exists: the phone does not queue behind the one person who could have picked it up, and neither caller hears the other one being helped first.

Use it, then bring us what it got wrong.
The most useful call we can have is with someone who has already found the edge of this thing in their own category.
