Pricing

The numbers are not set, and we are not going to make some up.

agentmomo is quoted per business right now. There is no self-serve signup and no free trial: you use the demo, then you book a call, and the call is where you get a figure. What this page can do honestly is tell you exactly which five things that figure is made of, and which one of them is the one buyers get burned on.

Spec plate

The five fields, and what each one means.

This is the plate as it will read once the numbers are agreed. Nothing here is a range, an estimate or a starting-from figure.

Setup

Not published yet

One time, per business. Configuration is founder-led today: the knowledge base, the guardrails, the escalation rules, the number. It may end up being zero, and if it is, this row will say zero.

Monthly

Not published yet

Per business, per month. How many tiers there are, and what separates them, is part of what is not decided.

Included minutes

Not published yet

Voice is the real cost driver, so voice is what is metered. Website chat and text messages are not counted separately.

Additional minutes

Not published yet

What a minute past the allowance costs.

What counts as a minute

Not published yet

The one every buyer should ask about and most pricing pages leave out. Connected call time only, connected time rounded up per call, and every second including the greeting are three different bills for the same month. Whichever it is, it will be printed here in plain words.

Why there is no number here

A price we would change next month is worse than an empty field.

This is a real product answering a real published line, and it has one production deployment. Pricing set before the second and third ones are running would be a guess dressed as a policy, and the first thing we would do is change it. Printing it here and changing it is how a page stops being worth reading. So the field stays empty until it is decided, and it gets filled in with the date it was decided on.

What is in it, at any price

There is one product. The tiers will not gate the guardrails.

  • The phone, the website chat and text messages, answered by one agent working from one set of facts about your business.
  • A readable record of every conversation: what was asked, what the agent said, and which tools it ran.
  • An agent that declines rather than guesses. It will not diagnose, quote a price you have not given it, or claim to have booked something it did not book.
  • A lead written down and emailed to you whenever someone asks to be called back.

Questions

The questions people ask before the call.

How much does agentmomo cost?
It is quoted per business at the moment. There is no published price list and no self-serve signup: you try the demo on this site, then book a call, and the call is where you get a figure.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because it is not decided. There is one production deployment, and a price set before the second and third ones are running would be a guess we would change next month. An empty field with a date on it is more useful to you than a number we do not stand behind.
Is there a free trial?
No, and there does not need to be one. The demo on this site is a working agent for a practice that does not exist, and it is the same system a customer gets. You can chat with it without signing up for anything.
What does the price depend on?
Five things: a one-time setup, a monthly fee, an allowance of phone minutes, the rate for minutes past that allowance, and the definition of a billable minute. Voice is the real cost driver, which is why it is the thing that gets metered.
Are website chat and text messages billed separately?
No. Voice is what is metered. Website chat and text messages are included, because they cost a fraction of what a phone call costs to answer.
What counts as a billable minute?
This is the question to ask any vendor in this category, and the honest answer today is that it is not settled. Connected call time only, connected time rounded up per call, and every second including the greeting are three different bills for the same month. Whichever one it ends up being will be printed on this page in plain words rather than in a footnote.

How to get a figure

Use it first, then ask what it costs.

Try the demo. It is a working agent for a practice that does not exist, and it is the same system a customer gets. Then book a call: we will ask what your call volume looks like, what the agent would need to know, and what it must never say, and you will get a number off the back of that.
