- You need the call recorded. They publish call recordings; we store text transcripts only, and no audio exists anywhere in our system.
- You need Spanish on the phone today. They publish bilingual support and we do not have it.

Could I use agentmomo for a restaurant?
It would answer the phone and take messages competently and it would not book a table into your reservation system. If the reservation is the job, buy the product that is built around the reservation.
Why do you not have call recordings?
No audio is stored anywhere in the system by design, so what exists is the text of what was said. That is less to review and less to hold about your callers, and if audio is a requirement for you then this is a real gap.
Do you charge per location?
