Features
What it does, and what it refuses to do.
The second list is the shorter one to write and the more useful one to read. Everything below is running today for a live tenant or is what the demo on the home page is doing while you talk to it.
What it does
Six things, running today.
Answering
It picks up every time.
Inbound voice over Twilio with the tenant resolved from the dialled number, streaming web chat on your own pages, and SMS with a console surface for reading and replying. No queue, no hold music, no after-hours gap.
Knowledge
It answers from your material, not from the internet.
Retrieval over your own documents, in a collection scoped to your business. Hours, services, policies, the answers you already repeat. Update the material and the answers change.
Guardrails
A profile decides what it may say.
The practice profile forbids clinical advice, price quotes, naming insurance carriers, and claiming online booking exists. The studio profile carries live tools instead and answers schedule and product questions from live data. The profile is configuration, not a prompt someone can talk it out of.
Handoff
Lead capture on every profile.
When the agent cannot answer or the caller asks for a person, it takes the name, the number and the reason, scoped to your business, and gets it to a human. The lead and the transcript arrive together, so you know what was said before the handoff.
The record
Text transcripts of everything, readable afterwards.
Every conversation on every channel is stored and readable in the console. This is the feature that matters on the day a customer says your system told them something wrong.
Control
Caps, takeover, and a console the owner reads.
Calls have a length cap with a spoken wind-down. Chat is rate limited per business. An SMS conversation can be taken over by a person mid-thread. The console is built for the owner, not for an operations team you do not have.
What it does not do
The list we lead with, rather than the one you find out later.
Each of these is a thing this product does not do today. If any of them is the thing you need, the honest answer is that this is not ready for you yet, and we would rather you learned it here than in month two.
- It does not recognise a caller as the person who chatted on your website last week. Continuity holds within a channel, not across channels.
- It does not record calls. There is no audio anywhere in the system and no "listen to a real call": text transcripts are all that exist.
- It does not make outbound calls. Everything here is inbound.
- There is no self-serve signup, no free trial and no card-on-file flow. Getting started is a conversation with us.
- There is no catalogue of CRM or practice-management integrations. It reads the material you give it, and for dance studios it reads one specific scheduling API.
- The demo on this site cannot look up a live schedule or a real price, because it runs the practice profile with live knowledge off. It is demonstrating conversation, guardrails and lead capture, and nothing else.
- We have no SLA, no published uptime figure, and no security certification. We are not going to imply HIPAA or SOC 2 on a page like this one.
The test
Read the second list, then go break it yourself.
The demo on the home page is the same agent under the same guardrails. Ask it for a price. Ask it something clinical. What it does then is the part of this page you cannot verify by reading.
