SMS terms and message rates

These terms apply to text messages sent and received through agentmomo on behalf of a business. They are written to be read by the person who texted the business, not by the business.

What these messages are

When you text a business that uses agentmomo, an AI agent answers on that business’s behalf, using that business’s own information. A person at that business can take the conversation over at any point. These are conversational messages in reply to you, not a marketing programme.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how many messages you send. The agent replies to your messages; it does not start conversations with you.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier and not by us.

HELP and STOP

  • Reply HELP at any time for help and for the identity of the business you are messaging.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation, and then nothing further.
  • To start again, message the business again.

Carriers

Supported on major United States carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
